  • Employee lists provided by the employer, limited strictly to names, delivery locations (office or home proxy), birthday month/day, and specific dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, vegan preference).

3. Data Usage & Protection

Employee data provided to Aurily is used strictly for the fulfillment of birthday recognition deliveries. We do not sell, rent, or repurpose employee data for external marketing. All data is processed securely and retained only for the duration of the active client engagement.

4. Third-Party Partners

We share minimal necessary fulfillment information (name and delivery address) with our vetted logistics and artisan bakery partners exclusively to complete the requested deliveries. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
